usually with evap codes i clear everything run monitors and pass smog. if the customer has monies and wants to fix then i takes a gander.
plastic evap lines i assume? havent worked on an ldp system yet but id seperate the system from front to back , smoke both sides. if both sides are cool then i go see how the system runs the monitor, make sure wiring is good, manually actuate sols and motors, then chuck ldp r&r and cross your fingers that it doesnt come back.
its prolly the same as all ldp systems but i hardly have time to look stuff up.
the latest trend has been lube techs breaking purge sols when changing air filters.
The next step I took was to clear codes. Then Chrysler, god love em, gives you the ability to force the EVAP monitor to test run. Then check one trip codes for a fault.
since LDP relies on the pump for testing, does the pump have power and ground? check fuses, check B+ and G at the pump, then current ramp the pump as i'm thinking the pump isn't pumping...
