To Do Install Radiator Balance the rear slicks (After rim screws are mounted)
Mock up and buy radiator hoses Purchase rim screws for the rear wheels (16) CLean up wiring under dash (looks dangerously close to accelerator) Change the chip on the rev limiter to 5k, then work our way up if needed Check steering box adjustment Tack-weld glasspacks in place
Completed Stuff Mount front and rear tires (Thanks Tad and Jason) Install Air Filter Housing Stud (Thanks RG3)
The rev limiter chips come in 200 rpm increments. There are also odd numbered chips available(5100-5900 and 6100-6900.) Ill bring in a hard copy tomorrow.

The radiator arrived today and is currently being stored in Dave's tool box room next to the slicks. Time permitting, verify that it is the correct one and if so, make plans to install it. When installed, take measurements for the upper and lower radiator hoses and we'll order the necessary parts.
I mounted the new radiator today. It fits perfectly, but one of the bolts that holds the radiator in rests against a ledge and the nut doesn't fit flush - its hard to describe, but it's an easy fix. The radiator is solidly in position and ready to mock up the hoses. The old radiator is in the Dart trailer and still has the fans attached.
To Do Remove fans from old radiator and mount on new radiator
Mock up and buy radiator hoses CLean up wiring under dash (looks dangerously close to accelerator) Change the chip on the rev limiter to 5k, then work our way up if needed Check steering box adjustment Tack-weld glasspacks in place
